Little cabin on the prairie.
The moving trucks arrived late morning.
The cabin was jacked up.
Big beams were placed underneath.
The trucks came around and used their booms to hook up to the beams. The booms then raised the beams and cabin so that the wheels could be placed underneath.
Raco came by to check things out and seemed very excited!
And out she went!
Drive safe!!
The cabin arrived at the Ranch lot around 5pm.
It was backed overtop of the piles (which were perfectly placed - thank you Adam and team from Brightstone Construction!).
Then lowered onto the screw piles.
And then it was time to celebrate!!
When all was said and done, I was expecting to be carried romantically over the threshold of our new home. Instead Rob offered to hoist me up - guess that’s life on the ranch???!!!
Many thanks to everyone who contributed to making this move happen - we could not have done this without you. OX
